I made this recipe, with the 9 eggs, and my cake tasted like an omelet. Very eggy! And it would hardly absorb any of the "milk" because it was so dense. Made that one. Never had it before but the ...Ha!! Made that one. Never had it before but the recipe looked interesting and gave it a try. I was surprised at all the milks I had to put in. (tres leche). I served it to my family saying I was sorry it was so "wet", but that it tasted good. Dallin, a server at Rino's told me it was delicious and this was how it was supposed to be.
